Situated in a corner of the park with mature oaks, a wetland, and a small lake; the trail contains 5 invitation stops before looping back out to the main entry path. The Silverwood trail, which opened December 2020, is the first of its kind in Minnesota certified by the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT).
