Nature Preserve La Ilusion Trail

Nature preserve La Ilusión, protects a cloud forest close to Bogotá. The capital of Colombia. It has very preserved areas that are home of sloths, Andean porcupine, ocelots, and a great variety of birds. The Reconciliation Trail is located in an area that features conserved cloud forest, and new areas that are being restored. The mist of the Magdalena’s valley enriches this beautiful landscape.

• To visit the place you must make a reservation in advance.
• The entrance fee to the nature preserve is 5 dollars (include visit to the Interpretive Centre and guided visit to the nursery and Reconciliation trail)
• Shinrin-yoku session fee 1 pax : Internationals fee US$30 – Nationals: $85.000 (180 minutes session in one of the trails, and tea forest)
• You are invited to bring your picnic food
• For the wellbeing of wild animal, dogs are not allowed in the trails.
