Dagna Gmitrowicz
Dagna Gmitrowicz is a therapist, Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT, 2022), and visual artist. She specializes in art and nature-based therapeutic approaches, focusing on vulnerable groups.
As a facilitator and trainer of international gatherings, Dagna also supports leaders of organizations and administrations in enhancing their impact and fostering societal growth. Her transformative training programs have reached thousands of participants in the EU, combining non-formal learning methodologies with nature immersion and creative processes. As the co-founder of the organization KulturNest e.V, she continues to drive innovation in mental well-being, competence development, and artistic expression.
Her artistic practice, grounded in an MA in Graphics and Painting (2000), is central to her approach, where creativity and nature blend seamlessly into therapeutic and educational processes.
