Tree Knows You: Forest Therapy with Hsuan

I am a forest therapy guide, researcher, and educator based at Clemson University. As a PhD student in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, I design and lead evidence-based forest therapy programs that enhance mental well-being, social connection, and environmental engagement. I teach university courses, guide public walks, facilitate workshops, and contribute to the Campus Nature Rx initiative, helping integrate nature-based healing into higher education. As a researcher, I share the latest findings through public talks and welcome collaboration with like-minded practitioners, institutions, and community organizations. My work bridges science and practice to foster meaningful relationships with nature, others, and self.
