Hello. My name is Teri. I was introduced to forest bathing in 2017 after sharing a walk with girlfriends at my family's lake home in Northern Wisconsin. It was transformational and upon retiring I wanted to share my reconnection with nature with others so that more people can appreciate nature's healing powers. During our walks, we will experience interactive nature-oriented educational & creative activities that offer the opportunity to experience nature in new ways, inspiring conversation with the great outdoors and the world around us.
