Shelley Galloway

I reside in the United States and came to Shinrin Yoku because of my studies of Japanese culture and my practice of Ikebana. I am a member of a national garden club organization and also a visual artist. I have felt assured and restored by nature during difficult times in my life and value all that the more than human world gives to each of us when we connect with it. The embodied practice of forest therapy is a guide to life and I look forward to sharing this with others.
