Pacific Crest Forest Bathing

I am a native Oregonian with a deep love for the forests of the Pacific Northwest. I hold an M.S. degree in Education from Portland State University, and am a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Trail Consultant by the Associate of Nature and Forest Therapy. For me, forest bathing is a fascinating extension of my wilderness experiences such as backpacking, hiking, and foraging. The practice of forest bathing expands how I encounter the natural world, resulting in even deeper relations to not just the wilderness and its inhabitants, but also to my fellow humans. I am passionate about sharing this practice with others by opening doors to opportunities for discovery, reciprocity, and well-being. I would be honored and humbled to guide you or your group in this practice.
