Marijke Lammers

My name is Marijke, an enthusiastic guide who provides forest bathing walks in the Rotterdam area. You can book a walk on bosbadderen.nl. The arboretum is one of the many beautiful places where I can guide. I am also a trainer and tutor of the Forest bathing Academy in the Netherlands. The current time has shown that the connection with nature is very important.
