Judy “Guma” Tretheway

Poet and Qigong teacher, Judy loves guiding Forest Bathing experiences to bring community to her previously solo meditative wandering in the forests of Lake Tahoe, and in what is now known as Ray and Judy Tretheway Oak Preserve. Previously she served as a Hospice Chaplain, prison volunteer, community newspaper publisher and created of online learning programs. Judy is a lover of questions, take yours to the forest with her.
