ROOTING offers guided Forest Therapy walks and therapeutic horticulture practices in Singapore. I am currently working with a high school to develop a Therapeutic Horticulture program as a starting point, and collaborating with a fellow Forest Therapy guide in Singapore to design a wellness program for schools. My aim is to bring these two practices together into a well-rounded approach that supports well-being, resilience, and connection for individuals, schools, and organisations.
