Irene Rowland, Founder of Forest Needle Wellness a practice for healing through nature. Irene's heart-centered approach to wellness focuses on looking to nature for both physical and mental benefits. Participants report the after effects of wellness walks with Irene lasting for days and sometimes weeks. Her familiarity with the local topography offers a forest experience amongst the Oaks. Irene also offers private and group walks for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, as well as children's groups. She has also combined her gifts as an acupuncturist to offer nature-informed acupuncture, where clients receive a series of walks and combined with acupuncture treatments that remedy health concerns both physical and emotional.
