I'm Ireland, the founder and owner of Pacific Forest Bathing! Growing up in the Pacific Northwest has made me feel most at home in the forest and mountains. Becoming a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy has allowed me to channel my passion for the outdoors into a fulfilling wellness practice. I love being a guide because I get to share what I've learned about harnessing the healing effects of the natural world.
