I'm Imuri, a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), a licensed psychotherapist in California, and a Climate Café facilitator.

I've always felt a deep connection with the natural world, especially animals, forests, and the trails I love to run. I'm fortunate to live among the redwoods, where I continue to explore my own relationship with nature.

The natural world has been a source of healing for me, and I also recognize that this relationship is ongoing, one rooted in curiosity, reciprocity, humility, and respect.

As a guide, I bring warmth, playfulness, and an appreciation for slowness. I love creating spaces where people can connect in ways that feel natural to them, including those who may be quieter or more reserved.

I believe there is no right or wrong way to experience forest bathing. My hope is to offer gentle invitations that allow people to follow their own curiosity, honor their needs, and discover what feels meaningful in their relationship with the more-than-human world.
