Eleni Sallinger

Hi, I'm Eleni!  I am a New Orleans based forest therapy guide building collaborations with local organizations to bring the benefits of forest therapy to my community.  I have a deep love for helping people connect with nature and with their own bodies, and bring special sensitivity to accessibility in my work. My guiding is informed by my training as a physician assistant and biologist, and by the One Health paradigm, which emphasizes the interconnected nature of human, animal, and environmental health.  I would love to hear from you if you are curious about forest bathing or want to explore collaborating to help this practice reach more people.
