As a Forest Therapy Guide, I bring beings together in nature and create safe spaces to deepen connections that promote resiliency and capacity for all to thrive and live well.

I am available to provide guided forest therapy walks for individuals, families, groups, and teams in New Hampshire and beyond both in person and virtually.

I have two site specific locations in West Ossipee and Northwood, New Hampshire. I am also a ANFT Certified Trail Consultant and work with landowners and land managers to identify and certify trails for forest therapy walks.
