Workshop Offerings:

●  Self Myofascial Release: Letting Go of Embodied Stress
Experience a deep surrender within. This workshop uses self myofascial release tools and techniques to help participants recognize and release chronic and embodied stress. Participants will leave with resources for home practices. Duration: 3 hours.

●  Shinrin Yoku: Experiencing the Art of Forest Therapy
Guided through a standard sequence by an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, this three-hour session encourages participants to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty around them. Forest therapy has been endorsed by the American Psychological Association and is shown to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and depression, and enhance overall mood.

●  Pacific Pulse: Movement and Meditation
Join us for a session supported by silent disco technology, guiding you into embodied stress release through inspiring music. After releasing stress hormones, we will settle into a serene sit spot for a guided visual meditation, connecting deeply with the beauty of the Pacific.
