Donna Esposito is a writer and ANFT-certified Forest Therapy Guide (2024 Wild Rose Cohort). After a career as a geneticist, she followed her heart back to her roots, an early love of plants and all Nature, to become a Forest Therapy Guide.
Donna has created HeartLeaf Guided Nature Immersions to help restore heart-centered relationships with Nature as a gesture of reciprocity with our more-than-human kin. She offers gentle, mindful walks to reawaken connections to our senses and all of Nature.
