Julie Baum

Hello, My name is Julie Baum. I never really loved my last name until I realized it means "Tree", which makes sense since I feel most at home, accepted, and loved when I am near trees. Nature is my medicine, so when I heard about Forest Bathing, it was a full-body YES! I have been a certified guide since early 2024 and have been leading walks since 2023. I have the privilege of leading a monthly walk at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum and occasionally lead other walks in the area. Come enjoy the benefits of forest bathing with me.  It would be my pleasure to guide you!
