Grounded in care, inclusion, and evidence-based practice, we create experiences where wellbeing is not just cultivated, but rooted in the living world around us.
We offer guided forest therapy walks with a certified guide that typically run 1.5–3 hours and emphasize slow, sensory-based experiences in nature and end with a tea ceremony. Offerings available for:
