After three decades in the financial services industry, Noel Lam decided ten years ago to leverage her professional and personal growth experiences to support passionate social change agents and organizations. Her goal is to help them materialize and amplify their impact for the collective well-being of Hong Kong. Noel is now the founder and CEO of Third Sector Connect (TSC), a social enterprise dedicated to partnering with social change agents and organizations to optimize their operations and build leadership capacity, all while maintaining authentic human connections.

In 2022, Noel joined the global Inner Development Goal (IDG) movement to enhance the transformational skills of leaders in support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She established the IDG Hong Kong Community Hub and the IDG Asian Wisdom Network which now includes hubs from ten countries. Aligned with TSC’s mission, Noel is passionate about promoting inner development as a key ‘acupuncture point’ for leaders and social change agents to address the root causes of the highly complex, interconnected and interdependent issues facing our world.
