ANFT Nature & Forest Therapy Guide
Certified 2023 | ANFT Cohort #100

Yenn Ang first trained as an art therapist and early childhood educator. Inspired by the banyan tree, which serves as a playground for children, a restground for caregivers, and a homeground for various beings like birds and squirrels, she envisions creating a similar environment for both stillness and movement. She hopes to open the doors to settings where people can connect with nature based on their unique relationships and specific needs. Following her personal journey with forest bathing, Yenn pursued training with ANFT to become a certified forest therapy guide. In her current practice, she aims to make forest therapy accessible to children in hospitals, survivors, and caregivers dealing with grief and loss, offering them a restful retreat for emotional, physical, and creative healing.
