Hello, I’m Tracey

It's my passion to support other people with their connections to Nature through this work.  Either on one of my Guided Walks, or as a part of a large corporate group weekend workshop.

I love to collaborate with other people to create programs and workshops that uplift, inspire and deeply ground others.

As a guide I “hold space” for all participants to enable them to “let go” allowing them to have a deeper experience and connection to nature.  It allows the participants freedom to follow their curiosities without having to worry about time or safety. 

I offer simple sensory opening invitations which the participant performs in their own way which is perfect for them.  I am simply the guide, you and nature work together to create your own connection and healing.

I have also developed a 15 card set of Nature and Forest Therapy Cards for people to take to their "special place" when a guide isn't available so they can still be simply guided by open invitations.  These are available to purchase in a Boxed Set, or as a Digital Download to be printed on your own special paper. 

I'm currently undergoing training as a Nature Trail Consultant and hope to complete this very soon.  This work is my passion.
