Having been deeply connected to nature as a child, I roamed and communed with beings nearby in streams, forests and meadows. As an adult, for a time I allowed my life to become disconnected from this place of deep connection. It is now my absolute pleasure to not only connect with nature myself, but to be able to share this practice with others - helping them to discover how easy and vital this connection is to our well-being. Beauty surrounds us, we need only open our hearts and accept that we are part of it all.
