I offer nature-based wellness practices rooted in the belief that healing and transformation happen through meaningful connection — with self, others, and the more-than-human world.
I offer guided forest bathing walks and ecotherapy-informed experiences for individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and abilities. My approach is trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and grounded in mindfulness, allowing each person to slow down, feel safe, and be gently supported by nature’s rhythms.
In addition to therapeutic walks, I provide speaking engagements, workshops, and experiential events for conferences, professional gatherings, staff wellness programs, and community groups. Whether in a forest, at a retreat, or during a team meeting, my offerings help participants reconnect with presence, creativity, and inner clarity through the natural world.
