I live in the northern Adirondack Mts of New York State. I grew up 'outdoors,' so time in nature is my go-to when I need support, want to enjoy awe and wonder, or when I want to share gratitude. Upon certification with ANFT, I finally discovered what I wanted to do when I grew up!I have been a guide since 2018, and with fellow guide Helene Gibbons helped create Adirondack Riverwalking & Forest Bathing, offering sensory experiences in the river and on gentle mountain terrain, in the Lake Placid/Saranac Lake region of the Adirondack Mountains.
