I'm Susan Aitken, a forest bathing guide certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT).

Ever since I was a child, I've loved wandering outdoors and discovering the beauty of the natural world. That quiet curiosity eventually led me to forest bathing. Today, I guide individuals and groups of all ages on gentle walks in natural settings, whether that's a cozy backyard, a local park, or the shores of a Great Lake.

Some of my favorite places to guide are where the forest and water meet. Those places are plentiful in my hometown of Rogers City, Michigan, with miles of unspoiled Lake Huron shoreline and nearby forest trails along rivers and inland lakes.

Northern Michigan is known for its scenic shorelines and vast forests. It would be my pleasure to accompany you on a slow, guided walk where you can awaken your senses and experience the natural beauty of this region in new ways.
