After over a decade as a hospice nurse, I've spent a lot of time at the bedsides of the dying. I've learned to distinguish what truly matters. I also know, from painful experience, what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, unsupported, used up and burned out. I have a deep kinship with the woods and not a lot of patience for wellness cliches. I'm not here to fix you, I'm here to guide you into the forest and let the trees do the heavy lifting for a while.
