These walks are grounded in evidence-based practices and are accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Dr. Farewell integrates her academic expertise in resilience, mindfulness, and holistic health, especially for perinatal women, caregivers, and educators, with a deep reverence for the healing power of nature. She offers weekly community-based walks in the Evergreen area as well as private walks that can be uniquely tailored towards pregnant and postpartum women, bachelorette and baby shower gatherings, parents and caregivers, and educators.
