About Me
I’m Jammie Schmunk, the founder of Recovery Untamed. As a certified Recovery Coach (CCAR), a Nature & Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), and a Neuro-Somatic Practitioner, I bring together over 20 years of lived recovery experience with professional training in somatic and nervous system practices. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not just about letting go of what’s broken, but about reconnecting with the body, the land, and the deeper wisdom within.
My approach weaves together forest therapy, trauma-informed coaching, and neuro-somatic tools to create experiences that support balance, resilience, and wholeness. I have a heart for women and their spiritual journeys, and I seek to hold space that invites authenticity, safety, and growth.
Through Recovery Untamed, my vision is to guide others toward a life of freedom, connection, and untamed possibility.
