Kirien's guidance weaves together nature- and earth-based practices with deep relaxation and the art of non-doing. Since joining their first meditation course at age 13, they have committed their life to living gently and bringing the spirit of mindfulness into everything, with everyone, everywhere.
They are known for having a calming voice and meditative presence, and can usually be found spreading quiet and slow vibes in busy urban environments.
Guided by a deep love for Earth and a desire to become intimately acquainted with all of its corners, Kirien has lived all over the world, learned multiple languages, and studied with healing practitioners in a variety of cultural contexts. They are currently based in the Netherlands, but identify themselves as geographically fluid and especially love supporting other long-term migrants, expatriates, location independent, or otherwise "geographically complicated" people to feel more deeply present and connected no matter where they are and how long they will stay there.
Kirien's nature therapy and relational mindfulness coaching sessions blend the eco-somatic practices of forest therapy with the eco-spiritual wisdom of their shamanic trainings. Bringing animist and ecological wisdom to urban and digital ecosystems is one of their greatest passions. All of their sessions and practices can be done online, indoors, and outside in the centre of large cities - no matter where we are, nature is always here.
