Hi! My name is Natalia and I am a spiritually-minded business owner, scientist, nature lover, and sun chaser.
I am a Certified Nature Therapy Guide through the rigorous 6-month training by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. I am also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the School of Positive Transformation, and am currently studying to become a Certified Level 2 Meditation Instructor, as well as a Certified Breathwork Instructor through Loka Yoga School.
With a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Environmental Studies and over 8 years of spiritual experience and training under my belt, my goal is to bridge the gap between science and spirituality through these practices for each one of you.
I truly believe that each one of us has a unique energetic signature here on this planet that we can come to know through self-exploration, curiosity, and trauma-informed relationship building with self, others, and the More-Than-Human World.
