Often times we need a breath of fresh air and a moment to just be and listen to the trees. The More Than Human World has so much to share.  Association of Nature and Forest Therapy certified and excited to guide and share in Shinrin Yoku experiences.  I have a backgoround in Herbalism and enjoy foraging.  I have lived in west Sonoma County for 25 years.  I especially am excited to share in coastal Nature bathing.  There is something about the Northern Bay Area Coast that calls to me to guide here.   I can host a large group in a nature experience and am able to guide single walks.  Knowing  we are all so "plugged in" in this current time wave, I'm noticing the importance of allowing ourselves to immerse in the Natural world.  Immerse in an embodied way that allows our senses to awaken and remember the connection to all beings.  I am availabe to travel and excited to learn different bio regions.  I would love to share my skills as a guide in any way I can........ Wellness Retreats, Winery tours, Personal Health, Business team buiding, just to name a few.  

We are not separate from Nature.  As we create Nature is constantly creating.  Creating experiences to share with us.  As a guide I am guided by Nature and am excited to share these experiences with all who need them.   I trust Nature will lead me.  Learning new bio regions on my journey and practicing reciprocity along the way.  Through this journey as a guide I will travel where I am needed, guide those in need of healing including the less fortunate, the elderly and those who are facing end of life, helping those who are embarking upon journeys of other healing such as Ibogaine patients to compliment their treatments, team up with many other practitioners of wellness as Nature leads me to, compliment all current stewards of the land such as State Parks, conservancies, private land owners and more, aid tourists to have a deeper experience with the land they travel to,  and I will continue to grow and build my own relationship with Nature.

FUTURE PROJECTION~  Through the financial security of my growing practice greater opportunities for reciprocity will occur.  Opportunities to start non profits and land conservancies.  Preservation of the not so human world so all can enjoy the wellness of connection.  Having a greener place for the aging communities of this planet to live and grow old on.  Traveling with this practice to create an infectious awareness of Nature and the roll it plays in all of humanities health.   Envisioning Success!~ Humanity finds Oneness and the divisionary tools that are in place will diminish and become a thing of the past. We practice Nature Therapy as a tool for health and for a projection of a heart based future.  Imagine a government that bathes in Nature and the impacts of a business that practices Forest therapy.  The positive impacts of a this on our systems in place are endless!  Nature will take care of us as we take care of it.
