Welcome! The experiences I offer foster an opportunity for us to slow down; physically and mentally. To get curious, to investigate, to feel, to play, and otherwise interact with the here/now of life. To just be ourselves, as imperfect and healthy as the trees. I hold this practice to be a (re)connecting with the land and waterways; to appreciate Nature, as part of Nature.

Where I live and guide, a reverence for Nature was simply the Coast Salish way of living. These ancestral homelands of the Duwamish, Suquamish, and Stillaguamish Tribes, have been beautifully shaped by shifting tectonic plates, glaciers, and rainwaters that flow into the Salish Sea. All of my walks begin with acknowledging the richness of these lands and waterways, and all the many beings who have and continue to tend them.

I am looking forward to sharing the restorative power of nature with you!
