Hi and welcome! My name is Michelle (she/her) and I believe that we are all deeply connected to one another, the land and all of the beings on this planet. I am passionate about inspiring people to remember our innate connections with nature and tap into their natural state of joy, playfulness, curiosity and creativity.

As a gerontologist and nature-based art therapist, my dream is to connect people of all ages and cognitive abilities to enjoy the many benefits of forest and nature therapy. I do this through the incorporation of creative/expressive modalities and encouraging imagination and exploration of the wild world we are all a part of...and a little humor along the way doesn't hurt!
