I am the sole proprietor of Camden Tai Chi in St. Marys, GA. I began studying Tai Chi in 1992 in my workplace and have since studied under numerous instructors while continuing to guide others. Understanding the unique connection between Tai Chi and Nature—and desiring to bring more mindfulness and benefits of being in Nature to my own practice and that of my participants—I became a certified ANFT Nature and Forest Therapy guide in 2018.
I hold degrees—and have experience in—speech pathology, education, and technology-based distributed learning.
As a Tai Chi addict, nature lover, educator and writer, I am passionate about spreading importance of connecting to Nature for health and well-being.
