Nature's Path to Well-Being.

I am a certified Nature Therapy Guide with a deep appreciation for the serenity, wisdom, and beauty found in the natural world. With a background in health promotion, I have worked as a health educator, cancer navigator and in clinical research.

My journey into nature therapy began in 2006, when I walked the Camino de Santiago for the first time.  That experience gave me the opportunity to spend extended time immersed in nature. During that journey, I discovered a profound sense of interconnectedness and developed a deep appreciation for the healing power, wonder, solace and peace that being in nature provides.

Nature Therapy walks invite us to slow down, engage our senses, and be fully present in the moment.  These guided experiences help participants reconnect with their surroundings, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness. Walks are offered in person or virtually, in English or Spanish.

My goal is to help other reconnect with nature and rediscover the natural world with fresh insight and renewed perspective.  Through this connection, I hope to awaken a sense of reciprocity with the more-than-human world and support restoration, renewal, and inner calm.
