Emmie Brenzel Claimed

Emmie (M.E.) relocated from the woods and waterways of Wisconsin to enjoy the year-round availability and beauty of the natural world of the Ozarks. It was "love at first sight" when she visited the state of Arkansas 22 years ago.  Emmie has been leading forest adventures in this region since 2020.  She has over thirty years of experience in holistic health and wellness as a Registered Nurse, Health Coach, Healing Touch Practitioner, Spiritual Director, and Forest Therapy Guide.  She has developed and taught classes on Energy Health and Wellness and The Healing Power of Nature. Emmie has also trained with The Climate Psychology Alliance of North America and facilitates Climate Cafes. Emmie owns a local business, Ozark Forest Therapy, Guiding Forest and Full Moon Walks, providing Eco-Spiritual Direction, facilitating Climate Cafes, and leading retreats and teaching classes connecting people with themselves and their natural world.
