I love to be outside surrounded by the non human world of trees, flowers, birds, insects, rocks, the sea and the sky. The Earth has played a huge part in my personal healing journey and a place where I can simply be. I am passionate about supporting others to do the same through group Forest Bathing, 1:1 Forest Therapy Walks and workshops based on Creativity, Plant Medicine and the Celtic Rythms of the year. I mainly work in West Sussex around the Chichester area, but also run workshops around the country at retreats and festivals.
