LAKE Quatrale Claimed

LAKE (aka Lisa Quatrale) believes that forests and children are our future! She/they is a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, Shamanic Practitioner, and Permaculture/Trail Designer who works to heal inner & outer terrains by connecting humans (of all ages) to themselves, each other, and to the more-than-human world through Forest Therapy, The Way of Council, Forest Tea Ceremony, and Forest Gardening with a Shamanic sensibility. She/They founded the Way of Wild~Water, Land, & Life after completing the Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Certification training with The Association of Nature & Forest Therapy in 2016 and her Permaculture Design Certification in 2015 with Wild Abundance in North Carolina. In 2023 LAKE completed a Shamanic Apprenticeship with The Way of the Heart in Freeport, Maine. For 8 years LAKE has been guiding forest therapy experiences for nature organizations including, The North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville as well as The Merryspring Nature Center and The Islesboro Island Trust in Maine. She has also guided private groups in inspiring landscapes in the Triangle and Mountains of North Carolina, Mid-Coast Maine, and Massachusetts at Thoreau's Walden Pond. Lake's deep love of nature keeps her committed to connecting humans to the more-than-human world in an effort to heal the human-earth relationship.
