Khloe is a human being like anyone of you and she first experienced forest therapy during covid as she was facing burnout and wants to feel better.
Forest Therapy brought her back to her own body and heart. Its relational approach gently led her on a journey of coming home - to herself. It is more than a job - it’s a way of life for her.
With her experience from the youth development and social services sector, she curates and hold brave spaces for one to slow down and rest. She has a keen heart for seniors and caregivers and have conducted over 90 sessions for seniors.
She believes there is another way to live - one where we are present with our heart and body - slowly, softly and gently.
