Hello, My name is Julie Baum. I never really loved my last name until I realized it means "Tree", which makes sense since I feel most at home, accepted, and loved when I am near trees. Nature is my medicine, so when I heard about Forest Bathing, it was a full-body YES! I have been a certified guide since early 2024 and have been leading walks since 2023. I have the privilege of leading a monthly walk at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum and occasionally lead other walks in the area. Come enjoy the benefits of forest bathing with me.
