Jackie has been guiding nature immersion and forest bathing experiences since 2017. She cherishes the opportunities to witness participants reset their nervous systems quickly and come back to a more balanced state and be in more harmony with themselves and with the larger world they are embedded in. She is also pursuing a research based PhD program in nature and forest therapy, seeking to contribute to the increasing body of research work in this field in new ways.
