Hi, I'm Holly, a certified and trained Forest Therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. I'm also a certified aromatherapist, with over 500 hours of practical education and training with Stillpoint Aromatics Academy in Sedona, Arizona. After spending over three decades working within a corporate setting, I'm excited to use my leadership and mentoring experience to provide customized sensory immersion experiences in nature, through forest bathing guided walks, to individuals and groups alike.
