My name is Ginny Skipper and I am a ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide. I came to forest therapy later in life, having worked as a registered nurse for over 45 years. Forest therapy was like coming home to me- how well the tenets fit into my experience as a nurse! Getting out in the natural world can have such a positive effect on the health of an individual - It felt like a new tool I could use in helping others feel better and be healthier.

I now live and work on a cattle ranch in rural Florida. Wild animals and birds abound on the property (even alligators!). As I walk the pastures and oak hammocks of the ranch, I feel a serenity and oneness with the life around me. Its very calming and relaxing- a great way to balance the stress of a busy life!

Come walk with me, and I will share my many blessings. I can guarantee you will come away with a desire to come again!
