MY PATH
As a social worker for nearly 20 years, I have had my share of stress and anxiety.
The emotional and mental toll accumulates slowly over the years and I have always sought alternative methods of healing - for peace and tranquility and to reconnect with my inner, deeper self.
CONNECTION
I have always enjoyed being by the beach, listening to the waves, dipping my feet in the cool seawater, whilst enjoying the breeze.
Nature spaces are a place of refuge, of solitude and sanctuary, where I can go to clear my head, and reconnect with my soul. I believe it can be a sanctuary for everyone.
The global pandemic provided time and space for me to experience Nature in-depth, and I followed the call from the Forest and committed myself to attending the guide training - one of the best decisions ever!
JOURNEY TO SERENITY
Walking in the Forest, remembering our connection with Nature, being still in quiet natural spaces, stretching one's spirit through meditation and contemplation, all bring us closer to our true selves and to our inner strength.
