Slow down, listen and find yourself among the trees.
Caring for human and environmental wellbeing is at the core of my activity. I want to contribute to human and nature's wellbeing by offering opportunities to slow down in nature, reconnect to ourself, our dreams and creativity and to the beauty of nature. By tuning in to the rhythm of the forest, its beings and the seasons, we can become receptive to what our heart is longing for. Maybe we receive a subtle cue from a being of the forest, maybe we hear the forest whisper to us or we start to hear the voice in ourself again. A forest therapy walk provides an opportunity of connection and of opening up to new perspectives, to create space for compassion with ourselves, fellow humans and other beings.
I offer a range of activities in and around Uppsala, Sweden and online (remote) such as
- Forest therapy walks for student groups, corporate groups, families and individuals (in person and remote).
- Creative nature workshops where we explore our relationship to the forest by creating ephemeral art together (in person).
- Forest bathing & photography workshops, where by tuning in to the rhythm of the forest, we develop a new perspective that we capture in pictures (in person).
- Flowing forest bathing - interwoven Qi Gong and Forest Therapy sessions (in person and remote).
I guide forest therapy walks in Swedish, English, German and French.
I am Judith, a polyglott, biologist and ANFT-certified (2025) Forest Therapy Guide. Originally from Germany I have been living in Sweden since 2015 where I offer a range of calming and creative nature experiences in and around Uppsala.
