I am a ANFT Certified Forest Therapist since 2022. In my practice I engage clients in a meaningful and relaxing adventure into the natural world and through their senses. Forest therapy is good for the mind, body and soul, and it's meditative qualities can lead people into a sense of flow state. The practice of Forest Bathing improves physical well-being in many ways including -it enhances immune response, lowers stress hormones, improves sleep. It enhances or creativity, and altruism, while decreasing depression and anxiety. The experience is both social, personal and celebratory. I believe it deepens our relationship with our Planet and in doing so promotes conservation practices. Forest Bathing is well-being practice that is mixture of art and science - there is the creativity of guiding and engaging a participants imagination and the practice has been studied Worldwide for its many health benefits.
