Our forest therapy walks provide an oasis of calm, curiosity, and playful exploration that slow down the pace in a fast-paced world. As a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and a DC Master Naturalist trainee, I offer forest therapy walks in urban park environments as well as in more remote wooded areas across the Washington, DC metro region. By engaging all the senses, participants discover new ways to connect with the natural world and enjoy scientifically-backed health benefits like reduced stress, improved mood, and enhanced well-being.

Through thoughtful invitations for somatic and sensory immersion, I aim to help you slow down, for even a few hours, to engage your sense of presence and calm your nervous system. My walks are designed for anyone who is forest-therapy curious, and especially for those seeking stress relief, body connection, and a deeper relationship with the more-than-human world. Come join me!
