Christa Hebal Claimed

Christa Hebal is a true lover of this wild and wondrous world and one of her greatest passions is sharing that love with others as a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She was born and raised amidst the ancient Blue Ridge Mountains in Northeast Tennessee and has lived in Asheville, NC for  25 years. Christa is an explorer at heart, and a loves to help others encounter wholeness through embodiment and nature connection practices. She has had a professional bodywork practice for 18 years as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, and is also a practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy®, Usui Reiki Master, Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist, Clinical Aromatherapist, and Certified Traditional Herbalist. She is also currently certified in CPR and Wilderness First Aid. Christa is thrilled to immerse in nature with others and share the practice of forest bathing as an ANFT Certified Guide. She has participated in and helped facilitate retreats locally and globally, is available to collaborate, and always up for an adventure!
