Chelsey Velilla is a certified ANFT guide who hosts Forest Bathing experiences in the Central Florida area. Monthly walks are held at the Arching Oaks facilities which boasts acres of walking paths that meander under old-growth, live oaks and through mature pasture lands. A 3 acre pond is located on the property that is home to many fish species as well as Sand Hill Cranes, Anhinga and Great Blue Herons. Hawks, owls and rabbits are also frequent visitors during walks.
